Account Deletion Request

We understand the importance of privacy and the ability to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the app and go to Account Settings.

  2. Select the "Delete Account" option.

  3. Confirm your decision to permanently delete your account.

    Alternatively, if you are unable to access your account or prefer to request deletion via email, please contact us at support@audventour.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

What Happens to My Data?

Upon successful deletion of your account, we will remove the following types of data:

  • Personal Information: Your name, email address, phone number, etc.

  • Usage Data: Information regarding your interactions within the app (e.g., preferences, activity logs).

  • Account Settings: Any settings you’ve customized within the app.

Data Retention and Exceptions

While most data will be deleted immediately upon account deletion, some data may be retained for legal, security, or backup purposes. These exceptions include:

  • Backup Copies: Data stored in backup systems may remain for up to 30 days after deletion before it is permanently erased.

  • Legal Retention: In some cases, we may be required to retain certain information (e.g., for transaction history or legal compliance) even after account deletion. This data will be retained only for the necessary duration, as required by law.

How Long Does It Take?

Account deletion is usually processed within 24 hours. However, please allow up to 7 days for all data to be completely removed from our systems, including backups.
